Passport and Visa

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport. Participants from countries requiring a visa to enter Japan should obtain one from the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate ahead of time.

To issue an invitation letter, we need to confirm your registration and payment for the registration fee completion. (The invitation letter will be sent to you after your payment of the registration fee)
We can issue the invitation letter for ICP2023 only to conference participants and the accompanying persons.
We can issue only an invitation letter just for the conference period plus the Saturdays (July 22 and 29) and the Sunday (July 30) right before and after the conference.

On and After May 2nd, the acceptance date, we will issue an invitation letter for accepted speakers as a speaker.
On and before May 1st, we will issue an invitation letter as a participant, not as a speaker.
