Oral Lectures
Oral presentations will be given by using an electronic projector. Please bring your own PC and connect with an electronic projector prior to your presentation. Ensure that your computer is equipped with the proper monitor connector (HDMI or VGA (mini D-sub 15 pin)). If your computer does not have this connection, please bring an appropriate converter with you.
The screen size is 16:9, but it also supports 4:3 display.
Poster Presentations
- Poster Size :
- The size of the poster board is 900 mm (width) x 1700 mm (height).
The recommended poster size is A0 portrait size (841 mm × 1189 mm) or smaller.
Pins for display will be available in the poster room. - Date :

- Poster presenters are requested to stay at the venue for their session hours.
- Poster presenters are encouraged to put their posters during the lunch time or afternoon break time on the presentation day.
25th July: Lunch time (12:10~13:20), Afternoon break time (15:30 to 15:55)
26th July: Lunch time (12:10~13:20), Afternoon break time (15:20 to 15:40) - Poster should be removed by 20:00 on the presentation day.
